1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 75bda platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By using any service mentioned in these Terms, you are expressing your agreement to them.

"Platform" refers to the 75bda website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services. "Member" refers to any person who is registered on 75bda and is using the platform's services. "Account" refers to the member's personal profile and balance information.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the 75bda platform, a member must be at least 21 years of age. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. If any person bypasses the age requirement by providing false information, their account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 75bda may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are directly responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 75bda is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 75bda does not accept deposits from third-party cards or accounts — the source of deposit must be registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless 75bda permits a different method under special circumstances. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Transaction Review

Under its anti-money laundering (AML) policy, 75bda reserves the right to review any unusual or suspicious transaction. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the review. If fraud, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions are proven, legal action will be taken.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

75bda offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and the bonus may be cancelled if the conditions are not met in time.
• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Restrictions may apply to certain games or categories when wagering with bonus funds.
• Without meeting the bonus conditions, only the deposited amount can be withdrawn; the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in the account being closed.

5 VIP Membership & Rewards Program

The 75bda VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers additional benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. 75bda reserves the right to change VIP status at its discretion.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

All games on 75bda are operated through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every result completely random and unpredictable. Any allegation of tampering with game results will be investigated, and if proven, the relevant account will be suspended.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other members to gain bonuses or winnings.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or carry out cyber attacks against the platform.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue, 75bda will attempt to provide a reasonable resolution. However, 75bda is not obligated to accept liability for incomplete games caused by technical reasons.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 75bda's Rights

75bda may temporarily or permanently close a member's account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Proven provision of false identity or information.
• Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directions.
• To ensure the safety of the member.

7.2 Member's Rights

A member may request closure of their own account at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. The opportunity to withdraw any withdrawable balance will be given before the account is closed; however, any bonus will be cancelled if its conditions have not been met.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 75bda platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is under 75bda's copyright. Members may not redistribute, copy, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes. Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's game software and interface is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

75bda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. 75bda will not accept liability for losses caused by internet disconnection, third-party service failures, or other reasons. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of suitability for any specific purpose is given.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between 75bda and a member will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion. Members can contact [email protected] for dispute resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may follow a mutually agreed mediation process. In disputes regarding game results, 75bda's server logs will be considered final evidence.

13 Changes to Terms

75bda reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken to mean the member has accepted the updated terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page.

14 Disconnection & Technical Disruptions

75bda is committed to providing a high-quality service. However, the service may be temporarily disrupted due to routine maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. In such situations, 75bda will attempt to restore the service as quickly as possible and will keep members informed.
